 Blackboard support may be requested in one of several ways:

Feel free to drop by LRC082 for Blackboard help if you are on campus,  however, it is highly recommended that individuals off-campus please call ahead.

Requests for support submitted after hours, weekends, and during holidays will be processed as soon as possible.  For Blackboard emergencies, after hours, weekends, and during holidays contact Jane Carswell at 828-448-3156

*Students should always contact their instructor first if they encounter a technical problem.

Note: All students will automatically be added to a Student Resources & Support "class" on Blackboard at the beginning of the semester, or shortly after.  If you do not see this class, please contact the Blackboard System Administrator.

Blackboard Web Site - This is a video tutorial on how to find the Blackboard site and log in. 

Blackboard  Access - This is a short interactive audio tutorial on accessing Blackboard.
