Feel free to drop by LRC082 for Blackboard help if you are on campus,  however, it is highly recommended that individuals off-campus please call ahead.

Requests for support submitted after hours, weekends, and during holidays will be processed as soon as possible. 

*Students should contact their instructor first when they encounter a technical problem.

Students will NOT be able to access any course on Blackboard (or Moodle)
until the first day of the semester.

Students will NOT find their online courses listed in the Mandatory Orientation.

Note: All students will automatically be added to a Student Resources & Support "class" on Blackboard at the beginning of the semester, or shortly after.  If you do not see this class, please contact the Blackboard System Administrator.
